Data Scientist/Business Analyst (with trading/crypto experience)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models for customer classification, scoring, and predictive analysis.
- Leverage computational mathematics techniques (e.g., interpolation, approximation, extrapolation) to solve business challenges.
- Build and maintain Python-based tools and APIs (Flask, SQLAlchemy) for data analysis and integration.
- Optimize workflows through the use of solvers based on AMPL standards.
- Conduct data analysis to identify insights and trends, supporting strategic business decisions.
- Rapidly prototype solutions and provide practical insights using tools like Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Forex, Crypto, or Stock trading and dealing.
- Proficiency in Python development and machine learning frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, XGBoost, SKLearn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, neural networks, decision trees).
- Experience with optimization tasks and mathematical modeling.
- Practical experience in data analysis and trend identification.
- Strong skills in prototyping solutions and creating actionable insights.
- Expertise in databases (RDBMS) and SQL.
- Strong Python programming skills for both development and data manipulation.

- Experience building scalable, secure APIs using modern Python frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
