Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Communication with customers and business users for requirements gathering;
- Estimation and scope decomposition
- Risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions
- Prototypes and proof-of-concept creation with their further delivery and presentation to stakeholders
- Participation in the development phase defining and high-level engineering of the system, transferring the knowledge to the team, and monitoring the execution in the long run
- Support customers during acceptance testing and rollout of new functionality
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Experience in collecting business requirements and developing BRD/PRD
- Expertise in writing user stories and use cases Experience in full software development life cycle;
- Expertise in analyzing and describing business processes using BPM
- Knowledge of business process description methodologies
- Pro-activeness in communication with developers, QAs and customers
Foreign languages:
- English upper intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
As A Plus
- Experience in working and communicating with foreign clients;
- Technical solution design and creating technical specifications
