Summary

Edsson Ukraine, development center of international company Edsson Software, providing cost-effective business software development services, open the positon for 2nd Line Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • 3rd line incidents processing: root cause analysis, development scripts and fixes
  • Performing fix testing
  • Close work with documentation
  • DB back up, transport, restore
  • Build management
  • Product installation and updates
Skills required:
  • .NET programming skills and/or good Progress OpenEdge knowledge
  • Good SQL knowledge, understanding of relational DB
  • Higher technical education
  • Windows Server platforms and server administration
  • Experience in MS SQL administration
  • Experience in release engineering
  • Experience in system administration
  • English - Upper-intermediate level or higher
 Personal skills:
  • Pro-activeness in communication with 1st line of support, BAs and clients
  • Highly motivated with strong sense of responsibility, result oriented
  • Willing to gain new skills and learn new technologies
